Licelle Cobrador
ESQ, founding attorney
Licelle Cobrador is admitted to practice law in New York State and the Philippines. Her practice areas are: immigration, business, real estate, intellectual property law and litigation.
A leader in immigration law, Ms. Cobrador represents clients in all 50 states as well as abroad. She advises clients on legal and strategic issues rising from international movement of personnel from high-ranking executives to expert staff. She also counsels extraordinary ability talents self-petitioning for permanent residence. Mindful of the significance of timely and cost-effective legal representation, she is committed to strategic immigration planning responsive to particular needs.
Prior to establishing Cobrador & Associates, PLLC, Licelle was an associate at a leading firm in Manila. Ms. Cobrador also worked for the Philippine Congress and the Department of Justice in Manila. She taught at the University of the Philippines, Manila, lecturing on conflict of laws, foreign policy and the judiciary.
Ms. Cobrador serves on the Board of Directors of the Filipino American Legal Defense Fund (FALDEF) as its President. She’s also a Volunteer Attorney at the Migrant Center of New York. She is also a member of the Filipino American Lawyers Association of New York/ FALA New York and the National Filipino American Lawyers Association/ NFALA.
On a Dean’s Merit Scholarship, Ms. Cobrador completed her Masters of Laws (LL.M) in Intellectual Property at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She served as co-chair of its Masters Alumni Community (MAC). In June of 2018, Ms. Cobrador was featured in Cardozo’s Journal of Outstanding Alumni (CJOA). She received her J.D. from the Ateneo de Manila University and her bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, cum laude, from the University of the Philippines.
Mampi Ghosh
LEGAL DIRECTOR & PARALEGAL
Prior to coming to the United States, Mampi was a multi-awarded broadcast journalist in Nepal. In 2019, she hosted the third season of Nepal Idol, a Nepali reality television singing competition that is part of the Idols franchise. She’s famous for her role as Pawankali.
Mampi has experience in the healthcare sector, specializing in client relations. She earned her Master’s degree in Business Management from Tribhuvan University. Mampi received her Paralegal Certification from New York Career Institute and has worked in immigration since 2013. As an immigrant, her personal experience with immigration procedures has given her a deep appreciation for the legal industry.
As the Legal Director and part of the firm from its inception, Mampi is responsible for the assessment, monitoring, and managing of the firm’s cases. She leads business development, client relations and assists with the preparation of immigrant and non-immigrant visas.
Mampi is instrumental in the handling of immigration matters for film and music celebrities, top journalists, artists, entrepreneurs, creatives, thought leaders in research and the academe, among others.
Mampi speaks fluent English, Nepali, Bengali, Hindi, Urdu, and intermediate Spanish.
Edce Allanigue
LAW CLERK
Edce Allanigue holds a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from the Cardozo School of Law in New York City, where she was awarded the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. She earned her Juris Doctor from Philppine Christian University and a bachelor’s degree in communications, majoring in Media Production, from Assumption College Makati.
She brings a broad range of experience in both public service and corporate leadership, having served as Chief Operating Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Attorney II – Adjudication Officer at the Department of Trade and Industry.
Beyond her legal and executive work, Edce is committed to community engagement. She currently serves as Secretary of JCI Philippine-New York, Past Treasurer of JCI Alabang, and Director of Development for the Filipino American Legal Defense and Education Fund (FALDEF), supporting initiatives focused on legal advocacy and public service.
Randy C. Gonzales
ESQ, Of COUNSEL
Randy C. Gonzales is an attorney licensed to practice in the States of New York and
New Jersey. His legal experience includes the areas of employment, labor,
transportation, small business, ecommerce, and immigration.
He earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 2005.
Omar Almanzar-Paramio
ESQ, of counsel
Omar Almanzar-Paramio is a personal injury lawyer, criminal defense attorney,
and career litigator. As a former government prosecutor, he has a strong
understanding of how the judicial system works.
Mr. Almanzar-Paramio, Esq. handles cases ranging from traffic citations to high profile felony charges. He received his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and his Juris Doctor from
Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
